End-to-end, one team
From the first manuscript draft to the visa interview, one team holds the file. No handoffs between vendors who never speak to each other, and no gaps where a candidate has to project-manage their own case.
Dhaka · Bangladesh — 2026
South Asia produces brilliant academics every year. What most of them lack is not ability — it is a citable publication record, defensible national-interest documentation, and a legal pathway that turns that record into global mobility.
Who we are
Pangea Borderless Education is a Dhaka-based consultancy for researchers and professionals building an international academic and immigration profile.
Most candidates assemble their case from four different vendors — a journal broker, an admissions agent, a documentation writer, an attorney — and discover too late that the pieces do not corroborate each other.
We run the four as a single file, so the publication record, the recommendation letters, the media evidence and the petition all argue the same thing.
Q1-indexed placement with a defined authorship position and citation build-out.
Statement of purpose, scholarship targeting and university shortlisting.
National-interest documentation, credentialing and attorney matching.
Country selection and visa consultancy once the profile is filed.
Our position
From the first manuscript draft to the visa interview, one team holds the file. No handoffs between vendors who never speak to each other, and no gaps where a candidate has to project-manage their own case.
Placements target Springer, Wiley, IGI Global, IJSC and SAGE. An adjudicator can tell the difference between a Q1 record and a paid-listing record, so we only build the former.
We find and vet the attorney and charge nothing for it. Their fee is agreed directly with their firm and never passes through our invoice, so there is no incentive for us to steer you.
01 — General package
The full academic profile: four Q1 publications, thirty citations, admissions writing and country guidance — costed as one programme.
BDT · complete programme
Seven deliverables billed as a single engagement rather than per item. Attorney fees are not included and are never marked up.

Take it whenever you like, or skip it entirely. We keep it on the table because many consulates will not issue a visa on a fresh passport — a short trip or two builds the travel history that makes every application after it materially stronger.
02 — NIW packages
Two routes to a US EB-2 National Interest Waiver petition — one cost-shared across four participants, one compressed for a single candidate.

Consortium Track · 10–14 months
Accelerated Track · 6–8 months
The Accelerated Track removes no steps. It removes the cohort wait, then runs publication, registration and documentation in parallel instead of in series.
NIW consortium track
Faculty-led subject sessions, scope set per candidate.
Authorship positions one through four, allocated on a swapping basis across the cohort.
One registration, four positions. The first participant to pay takes first position.
Around two US or international media placements. Non-customised.
Verified apprenticeship-training certificates from S&P 500 firms — JP Morgan, Stripe, Accenture.
Application strategy and submissions. Non-guaranteed scheme.
Written by expert faculty with precise experience descriptions rather than generic praise.
We locate and vet a high-success-rate immigration attorney at no charge from our side.
Available on request, outside the base scope.

NIW accelerated track
You already hold four authors. You supply the author positions and bear the cost on the client side, and we run the programme against your cohort — no waiting for us to source participants.
You bear the full cost yourself and hold the lead position across the file. Professors fill the remaining author positions, so the papers still publish on schedule.
Add-ons
Both tracks include a baseline version of these two items. The add-ons replace the baseline with a committed, customised version — bought separately, at any point in the programme.
A confirmed in-person internship placement rather than an application campaign — a real position, at a real organisation, that appears on the record as employment history.
Features written around your own research and placed with higher-ranking outlets and broadcast news channels — evidence an adjudicator weighs by the authority of the publisher, not the count.
Legal · attorney policy
Lawyer fees are set by the law firm. Our search is free — and if you don't like them, you don't proceed.
Finding and vetting an attorney with a strong petition record is included in the package at no cost.
Legal charges are agreed directly with the firm. Nothing passes through our invoice and nothing is marked up.
If you're satisfied with the attorney you proceed with them. If not, you don't — and the rest of your programme is unaffected.
03 — Media coverage · Reinavoze
Delivered under Reinavoze — placement in US and international outlets. Coverage is sold in tiers by outlet authority and estimated reach.
Outlets, estimated reach and pricing issued on request.

Note — the NIW packages already include around two non-customised US or international placements. These tiers are for candidates who want customised or additional coverage.
