Dhaka · Bangladesh — 2026

Talent is distributed evenly. Proof of it is not.

South Asia produces brilliant academics every year. What most of them lack is not ability — it is a citable publication record, defensible national-interest documentation, and a legal pathway that turns that record into global mobility.

Who we are

One firm across the whole journey

Pangea Borderless Education is a Dhaka-based consultancy for researchers and professionals building an international academic and immigration profile.

Most candidates assemble their case from four different vendors — a journal broker, an admissions agent, a documentation writer, an attorney — and discover too late that the pieces do not corroborate each other.

We run the four as a single file, so the publication record, the recommendation letters, the media evidence and the petition all argue the same thing.

01 · Evidence

Research publication

Q1-indexed placement with a defined authorship position and citation build-out.

02 · Access

Academic admissions

Statement of purpose, scholarship targeting and university shortlisting.

03 · Petition

US NIW advisory

National-interest documentation, credentialing and attorney matching.

04 · Placement

Global mobility

Country selection and visa consultancy once the profile is filed.

Our position

Three things we do differently

Ownership

End-to-end, one team

From the first manuscript draft to the visa interview, one team holds the file. No handoffs between vendors who never speak to each other, and no gaps where a candidate has to project-manage their own case.

Standard

Q1-indexed, not vanity

Placements target Springer, Wiley, IGI Global, IJSC and SAGE. An adjudicator can tell the difference between a Q1 record and a paid-listing record, so we only build the former.

Fees

No legal markup

We find and vet the attorney and charge nothing for it. Their fee is agreed directly with their firm and never passes through our invoice, so there is no incentive for us to steer you.

Tour package

Take it whenever you like, or skip it entirely. We keep it on the table because many consulates will not issue a visa on a fresh passport — a short trip or two builds the travel history that makes every application after it materially stronger.

02 — NIW packages

Choose by speed, or by cost

NIW consortium track

Nine deliverables

  1. Expert classes

Faculty-led subject sessions, scope set per candidate.

  2. Four journal publications

Authorship positions one through four, allocated on a swapping basis across the cohort.

  3. Canadian IP registration

One registration, four positions. The first participant to pay takes first position.

  4. National-interest documentation

Around two US or international media placements. Non-customised.

  5. Job simulation certifications

Verified apprenticeship-training certificates from S&P 500 firms — JP Morgan, Stripe, Accenture.

  6. Internship application guidance

Application strategy and submissions. Non-guaranteed scheme.

  7. Faculty recommendation letters

Written by expert faculty with precise experience descriptions rather than generic praise.

  8. Attorney search — free

We locate and vet a high-success-rate immigration attorney at no charge from our side.

  9. Live classes — optional

Available on request, outside the base scope.

Two ways in

B2B

You bring the cohort

You already hold four authors. You supply the author positions and bear the cost on the client side, and we run the programme against your cohort — no waiting for us to source participants.

B2C

You go alone

You bear the full cost yourself and hold the lead position across the file. Professors fill the remaining author positions, so the papers still publish on schedule.

Add-ons

Two upgrades that harden the file

Both tracks include a baseline version of these two items. The add-ons replace the baseline with a committed, customised version — bought separately, at any point in the programme.

Add-on

Fixed internship

A confirmed in-person internship placement rather than an application campaign — a real position, at a real organisation, that appears on the record as employment history.

In the base package
Application guidance only. Non-guaranteed scheme.

Features written around your own research and placed with higher-ranking outlets and broadcast news channels — evidence an adjudicator weighs by the authority of the publisher, not the count.

Process

How we work

  1. Discovery consultation

Where you are, where you want to be, and whether the NIW route is realistic.

  2. Profile audit & strategy

What the record already proves, what it doesn't, and the package that closes the gap.

  3. Research & documentation build

Publications, citations, IP registration, certifications and media evidence.

  4. Attorney matching

Vetted firms introduced at no charge. You decide who to retain.

  5. Filing & follow-through

Petition support through submission, and country and visa consultancy after.
